Meck Island, part of Kwajalein Atoll's Reagan Test Site, was developed as a missile defense test facility featuring launchers, radar instrumentation, and missile systems under programs such as Sentinel, Spartan, and THAAD.

Project was completed by Denny Watts while CEO/President of Watts-Healy Tibbitts.
